Accelerating Access
Though accelerators are behind some of the startup world's biggest successes (Dropbox, Pillpack, Airbnb), they also provide founders with access to a network of curated mentors -- which diverse founders report as their biggest need aside from financial capital.
With this in mind, cela has brought together accelerators from all over the world to put forward their mentor networks for founders of all kinds, to ensure diverse founders get access to the best possible mentor -- whether or not they are in the accelerator's program -- as well as to ensure they get unhindered access to the accelerators ecosystem, all at once.
Our community activities bring together accelerator leaders from across tech communities to provide:

We define our next group of founders to help and open applications. Typically we select around 10% of our applicants to participate in Office Hours.
